- DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
Express shipments via UPS, CTT EXPRESS and DPD.
In most cases, orders with confirmed payment are shipped the next business day.
During festive seasons, in cases of temporary stock breakage or at times of high order flow, we can take up to 48 hours to prepare your order for shipment. If, by chance, we exceed this period, we will contact you.
If you order by 3pm, you are likely to receive your order the next day. Orders after 3pm will be prepared and shipped the next business day, which means that you will receive your order the next day after it is shipped.
Shipping time and shipping costs vary by address or country of destination.
The delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order:
Mainland Portugal and Spain: from 1-3 working days.

The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to GREENKISS and give rise to additional costs for the customer; For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is effectively correct and complete.
Once the order is registered, it is not possible to change the billing data indicated. The delivery address cannot be changed by GREENKISS, however, you can change your address by contacting our carrier, requesting the change of the same. This order must be made as soon as possible (within the delivery times of the carrier).
3. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated in the appropriate field of the purchase process. When choosing your preferred address to receive your order, please note that our carrier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 09h00 and 18h00. You can also choose to deliver the order to one of the stores of the Pickup network of our carrier.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent with a number so that you can track the status of the shipment on our carrier’s website.
You can also track the status of your order in your customer account in the “Orders” section.
5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
EXCHANGES
Being aware of the impossibility of pleasing the entire public, Greenkiss is available to make exchanges and returns. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To make a return you must log in to your customer account and in the “Orders” section select the order you want to return and follow the steps indicated.
If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you contact our Customer Support (info@greenkiss-concept.com) to formalize your exchange and guarantee, upon availability of stock, the reservation of your new piece
In online exchanges, the first exchange is free, and no more than two exchange requests can be made. The collection of the items will be made by our carrier at an address of your choice.
It is not possible to schedule a fixed time so on the date indicated, someone must be present at the collection point between 09h00 and 18h00. You can also choose to deliver the order to one of the stores of the Pickup network of our carrier.
In order for the exchange / return to be accepted the part must:
-Do not show signs of use and / or washing;
-Be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without any change on the part of the consumer;
-Have the hangtag fixed;
-be returned in the same packaging in which it was sent, with all shipping elements.
Upon receipt of the items, Greenkiss reserves the right to deny the exchange or return if the item does not meet the requirements of the policies announced above.
RETURNS
When the item is returned for reasons of defect, the return is made free of charge. When the return of the article is made by withdrawal, the shipping costs for the brand are at the customer’s expense.
The Customer shall bear all direct costs associated with the return of the products.
If any of the products are returned with apparent damage or if the return package is lost, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for the respective return or not to refund any amount.
Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
– Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
– Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
Greenkiss is not responsible for any damage or loss of items returned during transportation. When you make a purchase on GREENKISS, you are responsible for the shipping costs, import costs (if you buy in a country outside the EU) and the shipping costs of your exchange or return.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities with respect to the items ordered. The return can be made within 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification label. The seller will analyse the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller proceeds to the refund within 5 working days. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as reasons justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, proceed to his return within 14 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:
– Have not been used.
– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.
6. Will I have to pay customs duties or import duties?
Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, GREENKISS has no control over any costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees.
If you have any questions, you can contact your local customs before placing your order for information about customs costs and their applicability.
7. EXTRA-COMMUNITY COUNTRIES
For orders returned from countries outside the EU, any fees/costs related to the return must be borne by the customer and will therefore be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Please advise how to correctly declare the item(s) to avoid extra costs before submitting your return.
8. Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us through the following email:

You will receive a full refund of your order, including shipping costs.
9. Can I return an order paid for through Klarna?
All purchases made through Klarna can be returned in accordance with our return policy. GREENKISS will process the return in the usual way and Klarna will adjust your payment. If you have already made any of the 3 payments, Klarna will refund this amount to the card with which you made the payment. You will receive an email from Klarna as soon as the return is made.
