1.2 The “Consumer” means the individual who acts/buys outside of his business or profession. If you are not a “consumer” we ask that you do not make purchases on the online sales site www.greenkiss-concept.com .

1.3 Green Kiss, Lda. reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those who are not in accordance with the general conditions of sale of Vendedor Green Kiss, Lda.

2. How to order

A Green Kiss, Lda. accepts the following payment methods: ATM reference, MBWay, credit/debit card, VISA, Paypal and Klarna. We do not accept any other payment method than those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do so, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise therefrom.

3.2 Payment processing

If you pay by Credit Card we will deduct the amount due from your account at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details (e.g. card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the company that provides the remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access the transmitted information.

7. Quality and warranty

The products offered for sale in www.greenkiss-concept.com may not exactly match the actual clothing in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification label. Do not remove the product label if you want to return the purchased product.

If you decide to exercise the right to return the products purchased, Green Kiss, Lda has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered in relation to their original state or damaged.

8. Shipping and delivery

8.1 Delivery: where and when

We deliver the products from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfil the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of countries available in the Delivery Locations section.

To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include the option of scheduling or booking, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this deadline in the periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and stock breakage.
A delivery is deemed to have been made or a product is deemed to have been delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

8.2 Delivery Times

If you confirm your order on a working day until 12pm and make the payment by Credit Card or via Paypal or MBWay, your order will be sent on the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered working days). If you choose to pay by ATM reference, the shipment is less effective, since we will only ship after receiving the payment. This can take between 5 to 7 days.

Green Kiss, Lda will not be liable for non-compliance, or delay in performance, of any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, that is, to an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event – which comprises any event, act or omission, beyond the reasonable control of the “Seller”).

We will attempt to deliver on time to the extent that this is commercially reasonable. As a rule we always proceed in this way, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

8.3 Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited only to) if a part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we proceed to the division of the order, the customer will be notified, by e-mail, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

8.4 Inspection at the time of delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. 9. Shipping Fees

9.1 Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery.

Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, GreenKiss, Lda. You have no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees.

If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs before placing your order for information about customs costs and their applicability.

9.2 Free shipping
If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value set for their country or campaign, the shipment will be made at no cost, i.e. free of charge.

10. Returns and cancellations

10.1 Cancellation of the order before shipment

The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, he/she must first check the status of the order through My Account located in the upper right corner of the main page of the website. And if the status of the order mentions “Registered” there is a possibility that it will still be cancelled. However, the customer must contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of their order. Only after this procedure is it possible for our Customer Service Department to request our warehouse to cancel the order.

In case the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the request for cancellation is not possible the products will be sent to the customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the chargeback will be processed.



10.2 Return of defective products

The customer has the right to return the delivered products if it is found that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered. The return can be made within 14 days after receipt of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded. 10.3 Return of products by withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

  • The products have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try on the clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but may not wear them);
  • The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged);
  • The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair have to be returned);
  • You cannot return:
    • Products that have been tampered with.


10.4 Return of Offers

If your return has as a reason justified the existence of defect or non-conformity with the products ordered, Green Kiss, Lda. You will bear the costs of shipping and return. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Green Kiss, Lda. will not reimburse shipping costs. However, when making a return you are using our transport provider. As the costs incurred by Green Kiss, Lda. to make the return are equal to the shipping costs, Green Kiss, Lda. will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

Refunds will be made based on the form of payment. If the customer makes the payment by ATM reference, it is necessary for the customer to give their bank details to our Customer Support at the time they start the return process. This indication is necessary so that we can proceed with the refund of the money to your account. The customer will receive the refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

12.4 The use of the promotional code is conditioned only to one use per product and per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.

12.5 Promotional codes are not exchangeable/exchangeable for cash.
